jjl5 prohibits the use of automated software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion, fraud, and money laundering are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jjl5 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jjl5 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you access the jjl5 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted, you do so at your own risk and jjl5 accepts no liability in connection with such access.
To register on jjl5, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. jjl5 may require identity verification documents including a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
Philippine Identification: Accepted identity documents include PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and other government-issued photo identification cards. jjl5 may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the jjl5 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jjl5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the jjl5 platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjl5 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jjl5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jjl5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
jjl5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your account is fully activated, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at jjl5's discretion. Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jjl5 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
jjl5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jjl5 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jjl5 account in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. jjl5 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for amounts up to ₱50,000. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. jjl5 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
jjl5 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the jjl5 platform are monitored. jjl5 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that is suspected to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. jjl5 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation.
Important: Deposits made to jjl5 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
jjl5 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. jjl5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to abuse the jjl5 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Wagering requirements applicable to specific bonuses will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds in the account are used. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. All bets placed on jjl5 are subject to acceptance by the platform. jjl5 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed after the official close of a game round or event will be void and the stake returned. In the event of a technical error during a game round, jjl5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, jjl5 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. jjl5 will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. The decision of jjl5 in relation to any disputed game outcome is final.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game available on jjl5 is published in the respective game information section. RTP figures represent the long-term theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results on any jjl5 game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjl5 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

jjl5's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjl5 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjl5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
jjl5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Upon termination for cause, jjl5 may forfeit any balance held in the account. Upon termination without cause, jjl5 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your jjl5 account at any time by contacting jjl5 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jjl5 platform shall first be submitted to jjl5's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
jjl5's decision on any gaming dispute — including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account actions — shall be final and binding, subject only to review by the applicable regulatory authority.
